Mmmm best hoagies around! It's kinda a hole in the wall joint but makes incredible steak bacon and cheese hoagies. A little pricey but worth it!

I've passed by this establishment for years. I finally stopped by and picked up their Italian hoagie (cold) yesterday. Without a doubt it was one of, if not the best, Italian sandwiches I've ever had. The Italian spices are what makes the difference I believe. I'm on my way back today for another one.

Me and my dad both had chicago cheese steak hoagies along with (shared) fried mushrooms and cheese fries. Fries were decent, not the best not the worst. Cheese was meh. Mushrooms were ok but couks have been more tender. But. And I am not joking. That was the best sandwich I have E V E R had. Onions that had seasoning on them. Some sort of sauce Obviously steak (which was DELICIOUS even on its own, cheese, bun Tomato and some salad/lattice stuff Moist, messy and just a bit greasy but not making the bun soggy at all (this may be because we ste them right upon being handed the tray). Again best sandwich of my life It does depend on your personal tastes for if you would like it or not but it's worth trying even if you think you won't. Venue wise: - meh, got some seating and was clean but we were also the only customers inside at the time - only about 5 small tables so no super large parties inside - no public restroom so plan accordingly

Food is aleays great. Hot Dog, Polish, and Onion Rings are go to menu items. Drive up can be kind of slow due to huge menu that they offer. But worth the wait.

Haven't been to Hoagie Hut in 15 years since it was in Highwood but was in the neighborhood with my daughter and had to stop in. Ordered 2 full cheese steak and one turkey. Holy crap. Unreal. I remember they were good but not this good. Daughter was blown away and brought one home for wife who also loved.

Love this place ! The cashier thats there is always so fast and lovely. I def reccomend for a quik lunch.

One of the best subs I've ever had (got the #1). It was like a Philly cheesesteak but with lettuce, tomato, raw onion, mayo, oregano on really good bread.

It doesn't look like much on the outside for sure, but the food is ALWAYS on point. I drive all the way back from Chicago to my hometown of Waukegan just to fulfil the hoagie craving. The Chicago cheesesteak and breaded mushrooms is my go-to order. My husband likes the philly and the chili cheese dog.

Ordered the original Philly cheese steak sandwich with bacon! It's a very busy place! There were a couple a couple of tables to eat inside! We drove home over 20 minutes and the sandwiches still tasted good ., There were so many fun items to choose from maybe a pizza puff next time ! This community needs these restaurants ! The sauce on the sandwich was very tasty! I'm not sure how to describe it.
